How about scrapbooking album or card for your Valentine’s Day gift?
If you’ve beautiful and meaningful photos of yourself and your loved one together, why not use them to create a Valentine Scrapbooking Album and use it as a personalize gift? You don”t need a full album for that, few pages should do. Light blue or white with red might be a good scheme for theme color. You can use heart ‘cut out’ or embellishments to decorate your special pages. Embossing can be good too.
